We unfortunately can not offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchase, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached.
You need to notify us of your return. We would recommend you to obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free or prepaid returns.
Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel, with your full name telephone number and address along with the description for the items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEM?
We are very sorry you have received an item which is faulty, or the incorrect item in your delivery. We will help you in rectifying this as soon as possible.
Please email enquiries@startoff.uk with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours.
Returns
You can return any unwanted Clothing item to us for a refund up to 14 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are concerned about first. If you want to return your order, please notify us by email or Whatsapp live chat firstly, stating the reason and the order number within 14 days.Unfortunately any items which are found to have make-up or other stains or marks on the garment cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. We understand that you may wish to examine the goods as you would when purchasing from a shop but we do request that hygiene seals are not removed from garments and shoes are only tried indoors.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds on underwears, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons.
Please also note that we cannot offer refunds on items purchase from our social media lives, only a store credit would be given once items are returned back to us in its original state.
We do not offer refunds on SALE items, but store credits.
